Garlic Knot Parmesan Is Loaded With Cheese

East Village Pizza in New York City has been serving pizza since 1997. Owner Frank Kabatas was already making garlic knots with cheese, but they weren’t selling enough. One day, he was making a video for Instagram, and just to try, he added a bunch of cheese to the garlic knots and called it cheesy garlic knots. Soon thereafter came the garlic knot Parmesan.
