The Original Rainbow Cone opened in 1926 and became Chicago’s most legendary ice cream destination. The signature ice cream cone is comprised of five flavors: chocolate, strawberry, Palmer House (New York vanilla with cherries and walnuts), pistachio and orange sherbet.
