Accommodation in Méribel is mostly in upmarket chalets, but there is also a good selection of hotels and self-catering apartments, plus an increasing number of super-luxe hotels.
Of note, the Antares Residence, with 63 ski-in/ski-out apartments and specialist spa-clinic in the Belvedere area, fully opened in 2022/23. While new accommodation for 2023/24 includes Les Chalets Celenia in the La Gittaz area, near the Olympe gondola; Falcon Lodge, an apart-hotel with wellness area and breakfast delivery service in Méribel centre; and Le Yana, a residence in the Belvédère area.
The spread-out geography of the resort means accommodation can be at a distance from the town centre and only the minority have slopeside access. However, companies offering chalets or hotels without direct access to the piste usually provide efficient private minibus transfers – and the roomy resort buses run regularly and are free of charge.
For further Méribel inspiration, see our guides to the resort’s best restaurants and après ski.
